The snowman coming to life and attacking someone is actually a reference to the very first South Park short before it was South Park (picked up by a network and stuff) it came out in 1992 and can be found on YouTube. The snowman comes to life and attacks people. The short is called The Spirit of Christmas or Jesus vs Frosty (it’s used interchangeably).
