Angels are falling from the sky!!!! I'm so excited to start Season 9 :)
I am so sorry about the sound in the upcoming reactions, I shifted my mic's position and I'm not sure if it was not plugged properly or if the position made it harder to pick up my voice but something happened! I don't think it's that bad but it's definitely annoying and I apologize!! :( The reactions featuring this problem will be identified (there's quite a few of them since I did a bunch of pre-recording before leaving for a week!)

This episode is so incredible. I love everything about it. The church scene rips my heart out every time. I know some people complain about Dean because he talked Sam out of closing the gates of hell, but I can NEVER fault him for that. He had to let his brother sacrifice himself once already when Sam took Lucifer back to hell. And Sam is not just Dean's baby brother, for all intents and purposes, he's his son too. There was no way he was gonna let his boy do that again. These boys have given up SO much, I can't be mad at them for not choosing to again sacrifice their lives. I also love the scenes between Sam and Crowley. It is so interesting to see a bit of humanity slip out of him. And a human Cas! What is that gonna look like?! This was an awesome reaction. I did watch it on Saturday, just didn't get a chance to respond. So, I just watched it again. π

Not always her actions, but her fierceness and determination. The actress did a great job. I love the episode, but I just can't stand Crowley, I just want him to shut up! But Abbadon is great. Seasons 9 and 10 are two of my favorite seasons. I just think they're really strong and I enjoy them. there are so many great episodes in both seasons that I can't wait for you to see.

Mark Shepherd often referee to the work he and Jared did in this episode as some of his favorite in the whole series. Jared and Jensen kill that scene together in the church so hard. I donβt know how many times Iβve watched that scene because it tears my heart out in the best way. They are both amazing. Sam's desperation to prove himself to Dean and his pain over the times heβs let him down and Dean's expression when he realizes just how wrecked Sam is and his desperation to save him are just β¦ phenomenal. It all just feels so real and visceral. Supernatural would not have been the same show (or nearly as good) if anyone else had played either of these two brothers. Finally, a powerless Cas, a Crowley who has been almost cured, and falling angels really do appear to set up a lot of potential for the future. I remember this episode flooring me the first time I saw it.
