This episode is far from my favourite of this season. Actually it's second from the bottom after Bitten. It's okay, I give it about a 6.5. The whole "FWB" part of it is definitely weird, I like the idea of witch and familiar too, but I agree that they should have kept it platonic. I think you're definitely right that Dean does trust Sam (but maybe does have a bit of trouble letting go of control? He does tend to be in charge of things.) but mostly, I agree, he's scared for Sam, absolutely. And yeah, Sam coughing up blood is definitely not a good sign. π My two favourite parts of this episode are the scene where you also noticed how super yummy Dean looks, because...well, because he is indeed VERY yummy. π« Also, the scene when Portia tells them that she and James were... "without psychological walls, intimate..." and Dean is just confused, like...ππ€¨π€ And Sam's just immediately - "They had sex." π Then Dean is clearly weirded out, but trying so hard not to be judgey, like... ππ I really enjoy that scene. But overall, yeah, not a favourite. Great reaction though. π

I hate missing one of your reactions but I can't put myself through this episode againπ but I hope you are feeling well and have a great week ahead.
