The creator of Spongebob and most of the writers left after season 3 and the movie, which is why many feel divided. The movie was supposed to be the canon ending of the series but Nickelodeon kept its cash cow, haha.

2023-10-14 01:39:49 +0000 UTCSpeaking as someone who did catch season 4 of Spongebob as I got older, I can't say it's super worth it to watch the whole season? I'd only maybe handpick the iconic episodes. On that note I recommend 'Dunces and Dragons' as one of them!

2023-10-13 23:41:28 +0000 UTCYou guys absolutely have to see season 4 of spongebob just looking through the episode list there are some real winners in here that I recall. Things like “Dunces and Dragons” or “Skill crane” are iconic and I’m still seeing many more. Dude it has “Best day Ever “ that came out when I was in grade school. After Season 5 is probably where I stopped watching Spongebob earnestly as a kid. It wasn’t cause I disliked it though it was because I had just gotten a DS and the family had just gotten a Wii so that took almost all my free time from that point on. In my personal opinion you guys should just keep watching till you personally feel tired of it. I would recommend at least up to the end of Season 5 at the very least though.
