Was waiting for this one 👌🏽. Btw the next 3 series (alien force, ultimate alien and omniverse are all the canon series to ben 10)

They did confirm that Destroy All Aliens was canon in a later series of Ben 10.

Benwolf is Blitzwolfer, Benmummy is Snare-oh. Until Ben 10: Omniverse. the aliens just had Ben in the name.

I’d 1000% watch Seoknee react to Invincible, it’s actually great timing since season 2 is scheduled to drop this year and you could all watch together

Secrets of the Omnitrix is the only must watch as it's an important part of the Ben 10 series.

Lol I think the default in the OG was Ben Mummy like how the wolf is called Benwolf in the OG

Live action films aren’t necessarily the best, but they tie into the overall lore later on in the overall series.

I agree. If anything, I think Race Against Time is fun-bad, which will make it fun to get through. Destroy All Aliens is pretty much normal Ben 10.

I guess. Eps 1+2 would’ve made more sense in my mind.

Also Regarding the actual name for Ben's mummy alien,he doesn't name it until waaaay later, but its official name is Snare-oh (similar to Pharoah)

secret of the omnitrix is best watched as a full-length movie, so i recommend watching it in that format!
destroy all aliens is a fun watch, and has little nods to future series and events in the ben 10 timeline.
and while not necessarily canon, as in it takes place in an alternate universe, a character from the live action movie becomes canon to the main ben 10 universe later on!
great reaction as always dudes!! :)

you’re the first person i’ve seen who’s recommended they watch them all, and i agree! i don’t think they should skip any of the movies because they all bring something lore-wise to the canon! even the race against time movie is brought to the canon timeline later on!

the live action movie is best summarized as "They tried"
2023-02-27 20:39:15 +0000 UTC
yeah you guys should definitely watch all of the live actions because the characters introduced in the live actions are almost always mentioned again later in the episodes that take place after them. Even if the movies arent always canon the characters in the movies are.

The reception for the live action is... mixed...but it does tie into the overall canon later in the series (Even though it's an alternate universe)

Also Secret of the omnitrix is the intended series finale. HBO MAX has it first but watch it last

It’s not a weird choice lol. It’s a 13 episode season, it was bound to happen. Just means we get the premiere the same day

The live action movie (Race Against Time) is a must watch as it introduces a character that will show up in one of the later sequel series. Like Ruff read out it's set after the official season 4 finale episode. Secret of the Omnitrix is the movie and storytelling wise is the true series finale of the original Ben 10.

I actually think that the watch order you pulled up is perfect! Secret of the Omnitrix is really good in the movie format, and I honestly think it could be watched at the beginning and ending of season 4. The CG movie is fun, but the live action one is iffy, at least in my opinion.

The live actions movie aren't really worth watching, I don't think anyone would care if you didn't

Yeah I recommend treating the last 3 ep as a movie cuz that's how it was originally, the live action film and cgi film aren't the greatest but they are cannon with plotpoints and characters being referenced later on

Secret of the Omnitrix, Destroy All Aliens, and Alien Swarm are all mainline continuity.

I mean they aren’t obligated to have to squeeze in one more episode just because of a cliffhanger. Plus, this means next week’s set is going to be great

To help you guys out:
1) The live action movie is no masterpiece (the acting lol), but it introduces many things to the canon that get referenced by later shows. So it’s a must-see p/much.
2) The CGI movie is exactly like a Ben 10 episode except the animation is 3D. It’s also a must-see because events from it get referenced in later shows.
3) The Secret of The Omnitrix is one movie. I think watching it in one sitting is how you can get the most out of it.
4) The next three shows are all canon continuations. The first two sequels have an almost exact art style to the original series, while the third one has an art style closer to Scooby Doo Mystery Incorporated. All 3 of these are great and continue each other. The art style change is merely cosmetic.

P. S. there are 4 total canon series in order: Ben 10, Alien Force, Ultimate Alien, Omniverse. Hopefull this helps

im not particularly attached to the CG movie, or the live action, the secret of the omnitrix 3 parter was originally a movie, and i recommend watching that as a movie, super excited for season 4 and for hopefully alien force after

The movies are considered there own universe in my opinion

about the movies in no specific order:
- destroy all aliens is importantish but not necessary, its a story not too relevant to the canon and future plots.
- race against time is live action and pretty much not canon (people don't take it as canon) if possible please skip it, or not. The cgi at the time was pretty memed on so you might get a good funny time.
- secrets of the omnitrix is the most important movie of all and the most relevant to the canon. I do believe the movie is better than the episode split but thats more of a personal opinion, I would rather have the movie than the 3 episodes but that might be just me.

Kinda awkward leaving only one episode of the season left, no?
