Update: Annual Membership Delayed

The annual membership option is missing from the creator page, even though the page should be eligible now. This means the discount likely won't be available in time. Currently looking into it and will update when there's new information.
The goal is still to provide the annual discount. As of now, it's the monthly billing like usual.
