Reproduction of the drawing on the votive tablet (EMA) burnt on January 1st in Japan!

Some of my longest patrons remember this story. Last March 2018 I was in Japan for the first time and I made an EMA to bring it, with a donation, to the Kanda Shrine temple in Tokyo.

But for those who do not remember it, or do not know it, this is the first part of my story :

So I remembered the promise I made : " Since this tablet will be burned in January, I was thinking of celebrating this event by drawing a copy of this design for you Patreon to give you as a reward :)"

So the day 1 January ( which in Italy is a holiday, I do not know if it is also from you) I started to reproduce the same design (with minor improvements) while the original one was burned! :O

The color and black and white version are a reward only for patrons who donate a pledge higher than 13 USD, because it is an extra and special content this month.

And then ... I want to tell you that I was invited by my friend Daniele San and Akari Chan (his wife) to return to visit them in Tokyo in 2020! :D

I have an year and 4 months to save money for the flight but as far as sleep I will be their guest in a house. I will not do any vacation and travel in the meantime. It will be a gift in April 2020 for my birthday.

And I had bought another new and clean votive tablet to draw again as a souvenir! It's here in my house ;)

So I can make a new design and you can see it in advance, during processing, and it will fly from Italy to Japan ^_^

I have to work hard and be good in 2019 so in 2020 I can live that experience again :)
