I am so happy first of all because I understood that I love my characters and I feel a great pleasure to draw them, to play with them, a happiness found again, a renewed interest thanks to my patrons because now these characters are finally only MINE!
And I am free to draw them with imagination, fun and love.
I was the first, for example, to get excited and surprised by changing the color of Betty's fur and discover how she could totally transform into another character! SHE surprised me! :O Like she had done her best to disguise herself in Rouge The Bat, my favorite female character in the Sonic universe. Yes, Rouge is my favorite ^_^ !
I am so pleased to see one of my girls do this great job, because I was not sure...but now, wow, she seems really Rouge! I can not believe! LOL
The funny thing is that I have not changed her appearance, when you will see the version without the makeup ( wich I wanted to spoil for everyone in this small preview) you will be very surprised, because she's Betty, no doubt! She also has bangs...but with Rouge makeup ... wow ... it's unbelievable. Bellissima! XD
Sorry if I congratulate myself , eh eh, but it is the first time that I remain surprised of how one of my character can become an "actor" and put himself in the shoes of another character! It's such a strange and amusing thing for me! :D

Another little detail that I like about this design is Betty's gaze, her eyes I mean, I've designed them that looking at the emerald ... but at the same time they can look at you! I think... I do not know if you too have this double impression.

"to play with them" Naughty Vanessa. ;P I missed the whole "Sonic phase", back when it first came out, and never really got into it much afterwards. But, recently (mostly due to certain... art) I've gotten a lot more interested in Rouge, finding her quite attractive and alluring. She's certainly my favourite, as well.... for obvious reasons. ;) So, I'm glad to hear she is your favourite as well, and I'm super happy to see Betty as Rouge and that she turned out so amazingly well. Also, yes, I can totally see the gaze looking both at the emerald and the viewer. Also also, don't worry about getting so excited. XD You're finally breaking out in directions you want, so it's ok to be a little bit happy about it. ;)
