2022-07-20 03:01:51 +0000 UTCTo add to this, there are many different types of stands, and just because a character tells you x rule, it's likely that they just haven't encountered a stand that doesn't follow that rule. Rules of stands are quite vague.

2022-07-18 17:59:32 +0000 UTCOh I can sort of explain the stand. Essentially theres different types of stands. In this case a Bound stand. The question about why non-stand users can see it is simply that it's Bound to a in real world object. Essentially think of it as a sort of ghost possessing a physical object. Like in Part 3 the orangutang possessed a boat to morph it with he's stand. Iggy's stand the fool is bound to sand. Hope that gives a better idea of that sort of stuff.
