Please Note: As of Early January 2021, The team press has nerfed significantly, and its better off using a tactic such as Constant Pressure in dynamic tactics. They have decreased the amount of time Team press can be active for, and only works now for 15 seconds and the cool down remains. Also there is a 2 second delay from when you activate the button, and also in situations where the defending team is using Team Press and recovers possession, Team Press will not automatically remain active on the following loss of possession. Decreased the amount of time the Team Press D-Pad Tactic can be active for, before requiring cooldown, from 20 seconds to 15 seconds.

How To Use Team Press/Constant Pressure [Walkthrough in-game Example with Eye Tracker]
Here is an example of a game where I show you when and how to use team press, I go over both of them and explain why team press is more of reactive tactic that can be used at once whereas, constant pressure is a tactic where it is used for more when you need to contentiously press when you are far behind or losing badly.
Key facts:
- When using team press the AI will help you a lot but it also leave you vulnerable at the back
- The key is to team press/constant pressure but make sure you dont run out with your back defensive Line
- Team press can be used to give small "presses" for a short period of time, if your opponent holds the ball
- Only use Team Press / Constant Pressure when you are losing
