2021-07-17 15:12:06 +0000 UTCGreat reaction. The only thing I really disagree with is this take that I'm hearing everywhere about Monica and her roll in the end. I just feel like people are putting too much on these little Disney+ limited series'. Loki may be something different because it is actually coming back for a season 2 and I have no idea where that's going to go, but as for this and TFATWS , I think it would be helpful to think of them as basically extended One Shots. This show seems to have done exactly what it was meant to do for Monica and that was introduce her as an adult and give her (or enhance) her powers. Thats it. The show itself, and therefore the climax, belongs rightfully to Wanda. People have the same gripe about Darcy but its the same thing. They were there, they made a contribution but I honestly don't think there was room for them -- particularly Monica -- to jump in full force and make a huge splash in the final episode. Monica will get her due. I'd bet the farm on it. The Marvels is going to be HUGE and she (along with the others) are going to get their time to shine. Anyway, other than that I was pretty much lockstep with you on your review and thoughts. Great vide (wouldn't hate to see a full length reaction...just a side note). See you in the next one
