Considering what Zepile said about Gon "being dangerous", you guys may also recall Wing saying that he may have "awakened an incredible beast" when describing Gon. There seems to have been a couple characters already noticing...something...about Gon that he hasn't realized about himself just yet.

As good as the Kurapika stuff is, I really missed the boys!! So exciting to see Gon and Kil also be on the Troupe's tail.

Something interesting about this episode I didn't notice before, is Zepile's potential. Since the Ben's knife killua recognized had been imbued with Nen & Ben is a famous mass murderer/blacksmith, it speaks to Zepile's potential since the counterfeit he made was imbued with his Nen (whether intentional or not).

I like the phrase "he doesn't care about right or wrong"
I like to think that Gon has a kind of selective empathy, where he cares a lot about people close to him and who will help him in some way (even if they are just nearby), regardless of that person's morality (Hisoka is not a good person, but we see that Gon feels empathy, because Hisoka makes him strong. Zepile commented on this, saying that Gon accepted help even knowing about the forgeries), while he treats people he doesn't know quite indifferently (we can see this in the Hunter Exam, where he made Ponzu fail just so Leorio could pass; another example would be that despite Illumi and Killua are from the same family of assassins and technically are not good people, he treats Killua very well since Killua is a great help to him).
I don't know if this all makes any sense in general, but I always like to think about it. All this thinking of mine came from a Brazilian psychologist named Rafael Beserra, who does psychological analysis of several characters in different animes, so I mustย giveย himย credit

Idk if this matters but I wonder if the show said pawned instead of sold his license on purpose. From what I know about pawn shops, selling and pawning are different. When you pawn something you have a certain amount of time to buy it back for the price you pawned it for plus interest, so say you pawn an item for $100 you can get it back within 60 days for $125 or whatever the interest is for the pawn shop. When you sell an item it becomes property of the shop immediately. Think of pawning as a short term loan and the item is collateral in case you don't pay it back within the time period the shop gives you
