Sorcerer clans are clans of jujutsu sorcerers that pass down inherited cursed techniques (techniques obtained hereditarily from ancestors) in the same bloodline through generations, maintaining their authority and prestige by passing down powerful techniques to their descendants. This is especially true for the Big Three Families (three major clans) who hold the most influence. The three great sorcerer clans of the jujutsu world and their respective inherited techniques : 1. The Zenin clan : the Ten Shadows Technique (now possessed by Megumi Fushiguro) allows the user to summon ten different shikigami using shadows as an intermediary. 2. The Kamo clan : Blood Manipulation (now possessed by Noritoshi Kamo) allows the user to control their own blood, inside and outside their body. For example, by dipping his arrows in blood, Noritoshi can control them after firing, allowing them to defy physics. 3. The Gojo clan : Limitless (now possessed by Satoru Gojo) brings the concept of infinity into reality. Noritoshi wonders what would have happened if Maki or Mai had inherited the technique of the Zenin clan. Noritoshi then said to Megumi that they are the same because they both possess inherited cursed techniques of the Big Three Families and therefore are guaranteed an important position in their respective clans. Megumi replies by saying that they are not and that he no longer has any connection with the Zenin clan, implying that he had before, hence why he has the technique. Can't wait for the next two episodes, keep up the good work !

2024-08-30 17:40:40 +0000 UTCI’ve started watching ahead and every episode at least 3 times I’m like hummm I wonder what J&J would say about this part so I’m always excited about the next reaction. Inumaki was on fire in this episode. I feel like Inumaki is so mysterious cuz he doesn’t talk in normal language so for me I was overlooking his power at first. But no, he’s extremely powerful. Which is a given of course with his speech. But seeing him in action really enhances him as a character for me. I really like Inumaki and he has such an unique ability.

It’s normal that some regional foods have different names in different places. Sagu and tapioca are made from the same plant though, and this plant itself has three different names throughout the country! 🤣

When Norotoshi Kamo is thinking about the Ten Shadows technique, he is talking about Megumi's technique. This is also true for when Megumi thinks to himself, Blood manipulation is Norotoshi's technique. Also when Norotoshi was speaking to Megumi, he said "You and I are the same" I think he was referring to how they both have the inherited techniques from their respective clan, Blood Manipulation from the Kamo clan and the Ten Shadows from the Zenin clan. I just find this interaction very interesting because it make more sense the more that you think about it. Also love your vids, my first ever comment on Patreon so I hope this sounds good, can't wait for your reaction to this series and Demon Slayer, they are both incredible shows.

One second she’s thinking about her sword being stolen, the next she’s thinking about tapioca 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Tapioca is a brazilian food, made from a root called mandioca (cassava). I love this for breakfast! It’s a slightly wet flour that turns into a gummy texture when heated. We make it with a pancake like format, put some toppings (cheese, ham, chicken breast or anything you want) and roll it. You can also mix the tapioca flour with eggs and cheese and cook it like a pancake. I love eating tapioca while drinking coffee. 😋

First, Megumi Fushiguro is actually related to the Zen’in clan and also has one of the clan’s hereditary techniques: the Ten Shadows technique (all of his shikigami). Megumi states that he has no connection to the Zen’in clan even though he is related, hence his last name Fushiguro. Noritoshi Kamo is from the Kamo clan, another one of the 3 major clans in jujutsu society. He has one of the Kamo clan’s hereditary techniques, Blood Manipulation. JJK can give you some SERIOUS whiplash lol (Also Momo Nishimiya is the blonde student with the broom and Miwa Kasumi is the blue haired student)

They're families of great jujutsu sorcerers for centuries, I believe, passing on their great powers and techniques from generation to generation. Pls remember that Megumi is from the Zenin clan even if his surname is Fushiguro. You'll know why and how in the future, but yeah he came from the Zenin bloodline, and he inherited the clan's technique, the Ten shadows which Kamo was talking about. On the other hand, Kamo's clan's technique was the blood manipulation stuff. Then for the Gojo clan, you know what my husband's specialty is, the limitless and six eyes which Satoru has already mastered. You'll know more about these families, esp about Megumi, in the next season. For now, these are just the important info that you should know about 😊 It's funny how Gojo was disrespectfully calling the Kyoto principal "gramps" 😂 And Mei, that girl with the braid in front of her face - I actually dislike her- who in the right mind would braid their hair like that 🙄 I would understand if it has something to do with her technique but it doesn't 😩 Anyways, we wait again for next week gahh! 😩 Thanks for these episodes! 2024-08-26 23:52:12 +0000 UTCA few people mentioned it already but just so you don't get confused in the future, Fushiguro is the one that is associated with the Zenin clan like Maki and Mai, and in this ep Kamo mentions that the 10 shadows technique that Fushiguro uses is a Zenin clan technique. Kamo is a part of the other major clan, the Kamo clan, and uses the Kamo clan technique of blood manipulation. BUT Fushiguro also mentions here that he no longer has any connection with the Zenin clan.

That’s why he told the dog to return and why he threw the arm away as that’s probably what the dog was using to carry the phone. So yeah basically the author wanted it to make sense why he now has the phone, not just him getting it somehow

Regarding special-grade curse spirits name, I'd like to drop some supplementary information from Japanese context to help you better understand the show. Some of the special-grades that we've met includes some Kanji in their name that links with their identity (origin). For example, "花 (Hana)" in 花御 (Hanami) refers to flower and "御 (mi)" refers to something sublime. The other example is 真人 Mahito, of which "真 (Ma)" means true and "人 (hito)" means human.

In the beginning Megumy and Kamo were explaining each other's technique so from that we can presume that Kamo who's cursed technique is blood manipulation is obviously from the Kamo clan one of the three big clans and from what Kamo was saying we can presume that Megumi whose cursed technique is the ten shadows is from the zennin clan that's because as they said the ten shadows and blood manipulation are the hereditary techniques of their respective clans which means that nobody who is not connected to the clan by blood can be born with those techniques. You probably now ask yourself "if he is from the zennin clan then why is he called fushiguro?" well I'm afraid I cannot answer that but rest assured it will all make sense in season 2. What Jared called octopus was actually just plain old wood because Hannami if you haven't figured out by now is the curse of forests just like Jogo is the curse of magma and volcanoes so her main attacks are going to be wood and plant-centered . (Hannami by the way is female). Also the dude with the axe doesn't have any specific powers he just casted the veil which is not something noteworthy so he's just cannon fodder and not important.
