first time viewer i really like melody. dont know much about her but i get good vibes from her. which is interesting because so far watching this show ive been suspicious of literally everybody other than gon, mito, and grandma. even kurapika, leorio, and killua. it actually took me quite a bit to trust killua.

The character name, “Basho”, might come from a wonderful Haikuist, “Basho Matsuo(1644-1694). I’m ashamed that I don’t know what Matsuo actually did, but the most famous work, “Oku no hosomiti” , is taught to every elementary school students. I needed to remember some Matsuo’s Haiku as a child, and this is one of the reasons why I hate Japanese class😬.

I really loved how we missed Kirapuka, and then he shows up with all his Blond Armin Intelligence, being able to use his abilities of deduction to de-escalate the situation that could have happened. He was on another level tho with this vengeance in his heart. I absolutely loved how ya'll kept calling 2 teeth a guy. I was the same when I first saw it. Blew my mind. The ending was the best, Melody looked and said, "Well, I'm sure you'll find out soon enough." Then bam Huntcyclapedia, so funny. Can't wait to get into the rest of HxH. As always, appreciate ya'll!!
