2024-08-17 18:36:36 +0000 UTCI cracked up when one of you said, “Watch them get transported to another world.” There’s a whole genre of anime called Isekai which translates to “other world”, and always involves the protagonist getting transported from the normal world to a fantastical one in the first couple episodes. I may offend people with this, but from what I’ve seen the genre is mocked a lot because most incorporate insane amounts of fan service. However I know there are some really unique and high quality ones (I hear ReZero mentioned a lot). I’ve personally only seen one Isekai so far which is a parody of the genre called Eminence in Shadow and it was spectacular, though because it also parodies the over-the-top fan service, I don’t think you guys would ever be able to react to it haha.

2024-08-17 18:32:07 +0000 UTCI loved this episode. Such a breather. They didn’t have to fight anyone or exhaust themselves. They just had each other and could be kids you know. I hope Killua finds what he wants to do in his own time. And he hope he doesn’t try to rush it or be too hard on himself about not knowing what that is. He’s a child who was raised to only know one thing: killing. Now that he’s out of that, it’s hard for him to know what else there his for him. I’m glad he has a genuine, true friend though. He deserves to just be a kid. All that life stuff can come later. I just love their friendship and can’t wait to see more.

Both Gon and him are only kids and as I'm moving ahead with this series I'm realising how different but still very similar these two boys are. One of the best friendships I've seen in anime. They complete eachother.

Its true that she didn't gave birth to him but she raised him just like her own child and that too without any help from Mr. Ging the dad xD Thats why Gon now calls Ging by his name since he has no memory of Ging being his dad.

2024-08-17 03:36:50 +0000 UTCMan hearing killua speak of how he didn't know what he wanted to do breaks my heart, he's just a kid that wasn't allowed to have any kind of fun because of the severe family traditions, he loves playing with gon and being his friend and that's probably the first time he felt that sort of feeling towards anyone, I cant wait for yall to see how much their friendship grows as for ging, my god those first words have aura, no matter how many times I've rewatched the show those first few words he said always gave me chills

2024-08-16 23:47:36 +0000 UTCHello J&J, this episode was a great transition to enter the new arc, which is one of my favorite arcs for HxH. I find Killua's situation heartbreaking, imagine a 12-year-old child who does not even know what he wants to do at all, children are always full of wants and needs but even when he thinks very hard about it he doesn't have any ideas, he doesn't know how to have fun, he doesn't understand anything outside of killing it's just simply sad. 😭 Hopefully this new friendship and journey with Gon will allow him to develop as a person outside of his family and to grow into somebody he actually wants to be, I really hope he finds what he wants for himself. Great reaction today as always love from Colombia ❤️
