2024-03-16 02:49:45 +0000 UTCI'm sure this was clarified in the comments, or maybe you guys figured it out just by watching. and being so much further ahead in the reactions. but Eren doesn't need to be eaten to transform. the reason he only made half a body when catching the cannon fire was because that's all that he needed to do. there was no reason to become a full whole titan in that moment.

If so wall Maria is still there, there’s just a hole in shiganshina and wall Maria from the colossal and armored titans but the wall is still there. I’m pretty sure it’s just overrun with titans now

2024-03-03 08:43:35 +0000 UTC- Yes, you are indeed correct. Each of the three major walls have 4 protruding districts at their South, West, East, and North points respectively. When it comes to the South, after Trost + Rose should be Ehrmich district, and beyond that would be the center of the walls, also known as Wall Sina, or the Royal Capital. - Again, you are correct, but Eren and co. retaking Wall Maria + Shiganshina afterwards can come later, for now, their utmost priority is sealing and retaking Wall Trost to prevent further Titan carnage as well as protect Wall Rose from being breached too. Hope you're enjoying the show so far, Lynn! I'm pretty envious at people who are just watching the show for the first time like J&J haha, this show is just that good. There are so many more ups and downs in the show to see. And the bulk of the peaks don't even come from the first season crazy as it is!

2024-03-03 08:18:44 +0000 UTCBecause it's already been shown in diagrams shinganshina is one of 4 outlier cities on Wall Maria (the outermost wall) these little bubble looking cities are designed so that there's a dense population of humans to draw titans to so that there doesn't need to be such a concentrated effort of defense on the entirety of the walls because they're bleeping huge as far as area covered. The colossal kicked through shiganshina in episode one and then the armored (football player looking one as J and J called it) busted throught the gate between shinganshina and wall Maria in episode 2. Causing humanity to pull within the second wall (Rose) the second attack by the colossal (5 years later) was on Trost, an outlier city for wall rose. Insofar the titans have breached wall Maria through shinganshina and one of wall roses outliers (Trost) not sure if I made that any clearer or not. There are four outlier cities also on wall Sina. But the information we can share so far panel's are super helpful in this especially in the first two episodes for this particular line of questioning

2024-03-03 07:59:59 +0000 UTCIts funny to me how I’m having similar reactions with J&J as I’m watching this for the first time as well 😂 and its awes you have a moderator now, so I wont get spoiled too 🙏🏻😊 I just have 2 qns for my understanding: - Shiganshina semicircle broke, Titans entered Maria, then Trost semicircle broke, but Titans did not enter Rose. Inside Rose, I am assuming there is another semicircle before the final wall Sina- is this correct? - So the plan is to seal the hole at Maria first, but also Eren is supposed to do that + get out of Maria into Shiganshina where his home’s basement is as well? Captain “unWellman” indeed - yea I hope this man gets well soon or RIP 😂

2024-03-03 01:43:28 +0000 UTCI would also add that in world-building, their immediate acceptance of Eren fits and maintains story and character continuity. The humans of AoT, especially Eren, Mikasa, and Armin, have seen and experienced unbelievable atrocities and fantastical creatures are part of their daily existence. They have killed, are experts at using crazy technology (ODM gear), and are well-groomed child-soldiers. I would find it more out of character for Isayama’s world-building if Mikasa, Armin, and Eren were less accepting of Eren’s Titan form. It’s just another piece to the puzzle they are all trying to solve as they attempt to understand titans and life beyond their walls. Sort of business as usual…just another day in AoT land!

Salute, Commander Pyxis! Although, his fantasy to someday be consumed by an attractive female Titan is a little unhinged (or eccentric as he is labeled)! Lol. Love to see Armin gain some self-worth. Kind heart, big brain!💜 Question: Can you recall a time you have taken a calculated risk? Did it work to your benefit or create struggle? Were lessons learned?

The story is written so well that watching it back, you notice the smallest things that build up the twists and turns. Everything is important and it's hard to realize this the first time through.
