Haikyuu!! 1x6 REACTION!

The whistle blowing and the T position hands from the referee means Time out.

Blue lock is my favorite out of those but since J&J are basketball players they should definitely watch kuroko first

Paper Bags

I def think you two would rock with kuroko no basket, Blue Lock or Yowamushi Pedal. Stick with the sports anime and the views will come in😅😅

Watching this episode at midnight is a mood. I’m getting more and more hyped especially with this main setter that just joined 👀 Tanaka and Tsukki are hilarious! I always laugh at that scene with both of them making fun of Kageyama for being hit on the head.

Thank you for another Valentine’s Day reaction. @ 17:05, when Hinata asks if the “goof was safe,” he is responding to Kageyama telling him to abandon his insecurities and “get back out there.” The English subs lack a little clarity. Hinata is surprised he is not being benched after his serve cost Kurasano the final set point. Hinata begins to learn mistakes are not fatal but improvement opportunities when one is part of a team. “So, wait…even my screw up wasn’t enough to get benched?” would be a more nuanced translation. Loved your facial expressions while waiting for the shoe to drop after the serve nailed Kageyama in the head. Jordan’s concerned expression and plea for Kageyama not to do anything stupid made me smile. Jared, did you have faith Kageyama would extend grace to Hinata?

Actually there are four kanji with Aoba Johsai, 青葉 城西. Seijoh is not a grammar joke but an abbreviation of it, taking the first and third kanji(青城). It’s like when people say SoCal when referring to Southern California, taking the first syllable of the two and put into one word and the pronunciation changes too.

I have a half day off work today and I was going to watch Coach Carter! But you decided to be AMAZING and give us a Haikyuu binge instead! Anime openings tend to be HYPE, while the endings tend to be soft or showing personal sides to characters. You should always watch them at least once, even if you wait till you're finished. Shows like Haikyuu will have a new opening and ending for each season. Karasuno having a pretty, female, manager is kind of a status symbol for a high school team in Japan. This team their playing has two names that are used interchangeably and can be confusing to new anime watchers. The school and team are Aoba Johsai, and it uses three Kanji to spell it. But you will hear people call them Seijou. This is kind of a grammar joke. The first and third Kanji used for Aoba Johsai, when put together, say Seijou. I hope that isn't too confusing for you! No, Tanaka and Tsuki are laughing cause they're big meanys, and it was kinda funny lol. Oh gosh I forgot you get to see the Aoba Johsai girls this early! They're absolutely background characters that just show up for matches, but I like it when they show up. They're funny

Hinata will never play reverse psychology nor does Tanaka. They are two simpletons on the team who will always be super straightforward and has no ulterior motives in their words.
