Thank you so much for your patience as I waited for Platinum Stqfes and then X Pole to rectify their error and send me a pole that I could use. It took three months but now we are here.
I have had tutorial requests and Iām adding to the list! Please comment and let me know what you would like to see. It can be pole, floor, or muscle group targeting training/release work.
Jade Split tutorial coming soon! This will also include inside leg hang, and Starfish.
Let me know what else you would like to learn. So excited to get back to movement with focus again!
