Hello friends

Thank you for bearing with me during this weird time.

While I wait for hip surgery, I have decided to start making short movement instruction videos focused around conditioning and stretching different muscle groups. Videos will be around 15 minutes, maybe a little less, maybe a little more, depending.


After my surgery (I’ll update you once I know when that is) I am going to do my best to document the physio exercises designed to stabilize and rehab hip injuries. A lot of them are very compatible with my pilates training, so that will be some familiar territory that I am thankful for, and I feel benefits a lot of us, injured or not. I will be on crutches for several weeks after surgery so I will certainly keep you in the loop as to what I am capable of offering during that time, but I don’t anticipate that being scheduled before January.

Thanks for the support, always, and feel free to reach out if you would like private instruction on anything movement related that I am experienced in. I am available for online or in person teaching and am happy to offer that service. You can also message me on here for tips and tricks for things you are working on, whether it be pole, range of motion stuff, floor work, or performance. I can offer 15 minutes of feedback or help per subscriber and would be delighted to do so.
