Okay! Welcome to dancing! There are a lot of core stabilizing exercises that will be key. Also making sure to work your triceps! So, push-ups, pikes, slow roll downs and roll ups, and pilates ab focus workouts will help. I can definitely make a video to help with headstands. Are you looking for leg shaking tips too?

hi! so i’m still a new dancer so i’m not sure of all the names to everything but i’ve seen where girls will do a headstand (stand on there head with there arms down for support) and be able to shake their legs in the air. i was wondering how to start conditioning my body for that. thank youâ¤ï¸â¤ï¸
