I just wanted to thank you for this! It's not the intended use, but with how bad things have been for my anxiety recently, I discovered that listening to this file is one of the only things that can help me enough to fall asleep. The induction helps me let go of everything clouding my mind and the suggestions about feeling safe and secure in the cuddle make me fall asleep within minutes, even if I've been laying in bed restless for hours.
