March Animation: WIP

Here's more progress on the two cops, added scenery and tape bindings and stuffed gags ^^'
Will do more adjustments, make a few variants and should be able to render pics tomorrow. Then work on the animation which I plan to release this weekend ^^
And there's still a bunch of days left till the end of March, so as promised this is not the last project I have to share :)
