March Pic: Illegal Hero Pursuit (12 pics!)

Sorry for the delay, had a very busy weekend ^^' But to make it up, I made 12 different pics with Helen, two main ones as a two panel story and all others separately :)
The idea I had was basically an anti-hero law in place, making all heroes illegal and arrested. The police would use specially developed restraint launcher for Helen to cuff her and neutralize her powers (and voice ^^'). She still managed to escape to the nearby restrooms, but they are on her trail ^^' The two scenarios include her either getting into costume in time or being arrested on a public pool or beach.
