Latex isn't something you can sew, it's something that requires extreme precision and lots of special glue that retract the latex, it requires a long way to learn how to craft with it :( I couldn't find anything close to this outfit, frilly skirts are tough, and itd be some kind of leotard under, I'm unsure if I can find this specific studd
