This month's pinup is Kendra! She's channeling "the bride" from Kill Bill on the suggestion of my friend Jade. You can bet she has a lot of revenge to seek! Do you think she deserves any kind of redemption for her crimes against her daughter?
This month we'll be finishing Anywhere but Boring - at least for the present! I've really loved getting to know Dylan through his/her story and I hope you have, too. 😊
If you would like to see more of Dylan's story by the end, please let me know! Although I plan to move on to another tale afterward (that's the idea behind this new format), I can definitely return to fan favorites. That would make me really happy. 💖
We'll naturally have another Half Sisters which will focus on Nikki (legal name "Nicole" now!) and her interaction with Mr Hutchinson...
Then we'll be back to Jack & Jill and all the drama as we finally approach the Coming Out dinner. Last we left off, Jill and the "coven" were on their way to speak to Mr. Xu regarding Davis and his attempt to steal Brooke as his new bride!
Also, The Catch will be up to Chapter 9! I just have so much fun collaborating with my dear friend Alyson on this story. When we left off in Chapter 8, Anthony seemed to realize how much he enjoyed being Antonia - and demanded that Michael take him out on a day!
Last but definitely not least - it's Nikki's birthday on August 14th! 🎂 And you amazing patrons will get to choose her birthday outfit! Surely you won't make her feel uncomfortably sexy.... 😉

Rather, Ken Ferris showed his true colors almost from the beginning of his marriage to Elaine, cheating on her, abandoning her and their newborn child for long stretches while he was overseas amusing himself with girls who were born boys, and demonstrating more loyalty to Second Dawn than to his own family. So, while Ken Ferris's moment of rage may have been his least intentional bad act, his entire adult life saw a never-ending string of intentional bad acts... and Kendra's soliloquy in the wine cellar seems to indicate s/he has few regrets for the way Ken Ferris treated both Elaine and Sophia. If she were not the stunning beauty Davis and Dr. Dawson created (with an amazing assist from Emory's artistry), I doubt her fanbase would be anywhere near as large as it appears to be.

2024-08-06 15:32:25 +0000 UTCKendra's position as a scorned/wronged woman with righteous fury at what has happened to her is complicated by her past actions but the fate she's suffered at the hands of Davis and with _at a minimum_ the tacit approval of Xu is appalling in its own way and in my opinion justifies her revenge fantasies, however unrealistic they may be.

As for redemption, Kendra simply had a moment of rage...which I'm sure she regrets. I know I would every day if I did what she did. Just a tease of a much larger larger soon-to-be Wattpad story, my muses. I really hope you, Alyson and Zoe will check them out and give me more pointers.
