With episode 51, Half Sisters is officially over 1,000 panels! 😊
This was another very fun episode to write. Sandy and Josh are really cute together, even as they continue to work through their feelings for each other. Right now, at least, the physical part seems to be in good shape!
As for Mrs Ferris - she's receiving what she asked for at the end of Episode 38, regarding the fate of her husband which was revealed (and shown) in Episode 40!

Although the last panel...eww, skin crawl...Davis you utter filth, although even my Summer Chastity Crowe©™ would be rather hard-pressed to forgive Mrs. Kendra Davis (née Ken Ferris). But as a staunch, moral Catholic, Texas girl, she would consider having Davis as a husband Hell enough...Cocytus enough. Muse Emory, I hope this snippet of Xuniverse fanfiction finds you well. The click-clack of high heels echoed on the marble tiles of the indoor pool at Clinic 12. The woman called Kendra Davis made her way to one of the guards, Mike, an African American military veteran with the 1000 yard stare the clear look of a guilty, haunted conscience, a look she was starting to see more and more often when she looked in the mirror, which she didn't like: "-Excuse me, Mike, which one of the girls is Summer Chastity Crowe?" she said as Mike blew his whistle ordering Summer out of the pool, as the other girls looked on, whimpering out loud, their splashing and temporary happiness having already been interrupted by her husband. Summer dutifully wrapped a towel around herself, making her way to her and greeting her with impeccable politeness in her angelic, thick Southern voice. "-I'm Summer Chastity Crowe. How may I be of service to you and Second Dawn, Mrs. Davis?" she said as her russet brown eyes sparkled with genuine life and happiness Her voice reminded Kendra of Carly Pearce, Loretta Lynn and Maria Callas. Her dark auburn hair had a 2" thick streak of beautiful golden blonde on the right side of her face and a thicker 3" across the top of her head, adding to her angelic appearance. Apparently manipulating the Kit-Ligand gene and melanocortin had wielded results, although Summer wasn't fully blonde like Kendra, or Jill, the one her husband and Xu were fussing over. The towel slipped off her wet body and Kendra saw that Summer had a gold barbell in each nipple and her belly button had two piercings...the upper one being the Vegvísir Viking compass and the lower one being St. Clement's anchor cross. Sure enough I will, Mrs. Davis...but will all due respect, I must ask if this is about business or pleasure and does your husband know?" Summer asked sweetly but firmly enough as she fidgeted with her solid gold and lapis lazuli rosary that wrapped twice around her slender neck. "-Mr. Davis can and will hurt those I care about the most or have others hurt them...while I watch...or worse." Summer said as sadness overwhelmed her...and she struggled not to cry and stay strong. "-Just business, sweetie...and science. I...lost someone...and I was wondering if your aunt Danica, world specialist is CRISPR, transhumanism and cloning...can bring her back. We both understand the pin of loss, do we not, Summer? Feel free to tell my husband, if you feel you must." she asked as Summer nodded. "-Yes, Mrs. Davis...I most certainly will tell my mother and aunts...and Mr. Davis as well." Summer said as she twirled the bottom of her long hair and bowed her head reverently. SPEAK OF THE DEVIL...AND HE SHALL APPEAR. "-Tell me what Summer...as if I didn't know already. Still your loyalty to family and Second Dawn is quite admirable and as such you will be the serving maid for the luncheon when mommy and unties meet with my wife and discuss...whatever. I have this wonderful English Maid outfit with built-in hobble dress, you'll love it. You'll love it even more when you see what I've got planned for that traitor Dr. Mason. I hope you'll like the special nurse's surgical scrubs and mask I picked just for you. Now off into the pool." Mr. Davis said as he snapped his fingers and pointed to the pool. Summer dropped the towel and immediately dived back into the...relative safety...of the warm pool...to the cheers and whoops of her friends.

They’re so cute together. Love them. Honestly hope Nikki keeps a more open mind about what Sandy is sharing.
