Jill hopes to save Nikki from grievous harm, and maybe even death. Nikki wants to escape, but that's not a possibility. At this point, maybe she'll give up if she at least gets to keep 'her' balls?
So, what you all get to decide is what Jill offers to Mr. Davis as a bargaining chip, or what Mr. Davis demands!

In Jill's head, she doesn't want to date Davis due to what happen on the beach when he almost had sexual pleasure and almost rape her. I don't want that slimeball to get what he wants. I still want him to get his Just Desserts. My best answers are A, C, or D. The strongest answer from the three is C. It makes too much sense because Jill is already almost all woman due her maternal side topping over Jack's and Holly telling her that Jack is long gone at this point. Also, her going back to being a man is pointless due to unintentally letting her girly side accelerate and almost giving Davis a breasted blowjob on the beach. Even if she tried to go back to being a man, she can't get her old voice back and male mannerisms ever. Plus, it's been foreshadowed from the end of chapter five when Joey became Josie that her male parts are removed permanently.
