Here's day 22 for you, Song!
I was so excited to share this one, since it's a short comic!
You're getting a LOT of Ender's era content during this No Northvember, eh? xD
There's so much to be told, and sharing these bits with you is a good way to make sure I can include everything, one way or another xD
As you guys probably already know, Steban was sort of a big brother/father figure to Marsha during that time. She looked up to him a LOT, even though she has always been the type to not show it. She's always been slow to trust others.
But he understood Marsha's struggles and always thought she was a very strong pup. He took it upon himself to lessen her worries and bring a little joy into her life.
I would absolutely LOVE to hear your thoughts on this one! It's such a pleasure to hear your opinion on these, and they mean a lot to me <3

This truly does both warm my heart Those kids were cruel (epically the joke about her dad jumping ship) but Steban knew just the write thing to do to cheer her up. This truly was sweet.

2022-11-22 23:45:53 +0000 UTCAnother bittersweet scene with Marsha and Steban, Poor pup, I would hug her if I could. :'( So nice that Steban is trying to cheer her up and make her feel better! One of the things about Steban that really stuck out to me early on, while reading Up and Ahead for the first time, is his empathic side, and that was something that really endeared him to me. That was when I knew I was going to really love him as a character. Wonderful, sweet minicomic!
