Community Update (This Week's Schedule)

I understand. I didn't want to seem antagonistic, just wanted to point out for you (and others), that there are so many differing opinions being thrown at them that many of us just want them to continue to go along as they are and improve as they see fit. But I also understand the desire to express ones thoughts and ideas. I guess it's a balance we all have to walk here. And we are here to express those thoughts as well. :) And I agree that it is fun to discover new content at the same time, and there are other creators that do that and livestream as well, like DJ Jino. I think CCW has a good mix, but obviously they can't be every type of creator at once. Many creators jump on the post ASAP after a drop (to the point where people were chastising them for posting with 24-48 hours of official content). So I think CCW's slow and steady (but more on the steady) method, makes them unique and part of why they are so successful

I do agree that some content should be watched in chronological order to enjoy the best. However, I think people might underestimate the impact of being able to watch BTS content along side Army. And of course this is just my opinion, I apologize i though that was inherent in my message. My opinion was just that, an opinion. Not a demand. But I think everyone is entitled to an opinion...not just "professionals". because in that case, you wouldnt be any more right than I am. And i believe I said I enjoy their channel so it wasn't coming from a place of negativity. I think their channel is great and I do think they will continue to be successful. And it’s ok to disagree. It doesn't automatically mean it’s wrong or in bad taste. I respect your opinion and hopefully you respect mine.

But if they watch things out of sequence, wouldn't they be missing things even more? I think as long as they keep doing what they are doing, they will continue to be successful. I can tell you that many people would disagree with this, so it seems that's it's down to a matter of opinion. People are never going to be satisfied, so I feel like unless the people on here giving CCW "advice" to better their channel, are professional pollsters and have a background in statistics, and have performed a survey, it is impossible for you as a fellow consumer like all of the rest of us, can confidently state what will be better for their channel. I don't mean this directed to only you, but I've seen so much "advice" from people here lately which really isn't advice, it's just a personal preference packaged as if it's advice meant to truly improve a product, when there is no research or indication that it would. I like CCW and trust their process. The only things I haven't enjoyed, are unsurprisingly when they change things inorganically, to appease others' opinions. I joined Patreon bc of how THEY and their entrusted team runs things. And honestly what you said just isn't true. They have definitely reacted to things within a month at least, if not a couple weeks, of their release. In fact, they have stated multiple times how they've had to adjust their schedule and the release of videos, around surprise releases. They record their content ahead of time, and since there is no official, months in advance release schedule from Big Hit, they are probably surprised as us, at the frequency and amount of new content. It's ok IMO if they are behind. Anyone discovering BTS just now, will be behind, and it's never gotten in the way of my enjoyment of watching reactors. In fact, it's the reason why I enjoy watching people react to BTS; because they are just starting a journey I've already been on. I think they have balanced pretty well, the newer content alongside their chronological journey. ETA: I am not downing on your opinion, I promise! I'm sorry ahead of time if it seems that way. It's just after seeing how others' opinions lately have negatively affected CCW's content (in MY opinion), I'm a bit more careful of opinions that are not stated to be just a preference, but suggestions to "improve" the channel.

I honestly think that as long as CCW don’t reactive to current bts content..army will never be satisfied. I get wanting to watch somethings in chronological order but they will never be able to fully enjoy content timely. It will always feel like they are behind or missing things. And I truly like their reactions so it’s a shame. I think their channel could be even better with changing the priorities a little.

Yeah, I think the predominant reason for shorter intros/ outros is because the actual time for reacting to the content is getting lost- and this is mainly for that package type of content i was talking about earlier. Honestly I don’t mind keeping them in if they, and seemingly a good chunk of others (myself included in some instances), enjoy it. Those who’d rather just get to the reaction can skip those parts and just watch the reaction, as i’m sure they have been doing before even last week’s video which caused this discussion. Keep the tangents in if they wish, it’s what makes the video CCW’s in a sense. My only argument is that it shouldn’t be a viable excuse for content not to be reacted in full for these package type content videos or purposely pushing back small parts of content, which is part of a package or directly relates to the video being reaction to, due to insufficient time.

no i completely get that. i think majority of the comments on the fallon video about the banter were just pointing out how the banter was more minutes than the video they were reacting to and so they could have included the snty performance. but yeah people that were just yelling about wanting less banter and also wanting more videos don’t really have a reason to be asking these

We were just trying to explain that editing (bc I doubt they are honestly cutting it out IRL) the banter out will not likely mean more videos. So they are losing something and not gaining what they thought they would. Now, if CCW starts bangin them out even more than they are, then I'll eat my HAT proudly. Cuz that would be a win for me too lol. But the issue is no one that I've asked so far, as answered me when I asked if 4-5 videos consistently per week (and it used to be 5-6), is not worth their time or money (for Patreon vids). The issue is honestly at it's worst, Greed, or at it's nicest Overexuberance in consuming BTS reactor content. There is no amount that will satisfy. CCW are one of the most prolific big BTS reactors out there. Even if they released 10 videos per week, some of those same people would ask for more if they even suspect that there is a moment to spare. Because they CAN'T COME UP with what a reasonable number of reactions would be. Or explain why 4-5 is not enough. If they get what they want with less/edited banter (and even though I'm biting my own nose off to spite my face), I kind of hope CCW doesn't cave to substituting more videos. Because those people I referred to are a bottomless pit, and a little selfish IMO (sorry not holding back...as if I was lol).

i honestly don't know where all the comments yelling about how people complain about the banter are coming from. from the fallon video, MOST if not all the comments i saw mentioning the banter were saying they LOVE the banter but it takes up time they could use to react to other stuff when they say they do not have much time to watch more stuff. but obviously if those comments are really targeted towards people that complain about the banter unprovoked, then it is deserved

Thank you for taking the time to give a thought out argument for a more streamlined reaction. Maybe others didn't have your gift of words, but what they were indicating definitely didn't align with what you just said here, which sounds like you just want their comments WITHIN the reaction to be focused more on the content they are currently watching. And I think the request for videos that are a package, to be released together, is reasonable. I agree! Some middle ground can be met. Maybe we get to keep the "getting ready to record" banter in, and keep the comments during the reaction a little more focused (although personally if what they're watching reminds them of something, I like for them to be able to feel comfortable in going on a bit of tangent...its; still a way to related to the content). And limiting the outros, OR if they find they have that much extra time left, including packaged content, rather than dragging out outros. I'm down for that :)

I wanted to reiterate- those of us who are getting frustrated about the long intros/ extensive rambles (some of which can be enjoyable don't get me wrong) main concern is that it is effecting your "reaction time" or the time that you set aside to actually react to content. if your rabbit holes and tangents are factored as part of your reaction time i personally don't really feel like that's justified as to you guys not having time to do reactions to content in full (just using JK Tonight Show as an example because this is where this whole thing has stemmed from). Of course taking breaks is necessary, you're watching video after video after video it's understandable that your conversations are to re-energise and we can feel it, again main point was that if these are chewing up time you have set aside for actual reacting, i personally think it's not really fair if that's your reason for missing part of the content you end up watching. This isn’t a case of people demanding you to release more videos a week. I think I can speak for most of us, it’s more so a matter of optimising your time to finish off content and avoid dragging out the reactions- because as you know there’s a whole abundance of bts content to watch, i promise you there will always be something! This pushing back/reacting to a shorter part at a later time is getting frustrating in a sense because in cases where your chats are getting extensive and you’re reacting to content which are sort of like mini “packages” (Talk Shows/ Interviews because more often than not that they have 2-3 videos as part of the whole appearance/ where the boys are featured) finishing off a video that was in parallel/ is related to the video you're reacting to could have been watched. And that is what is making some of the videos you release, jarring. Clearly, judging off some of the Primos in the comments, theres a good chunk of your audience who enjoy your long chats and who are upset about these being cut up. And you guys sound like you enjoy it as well. In my last comment my main point and the bigger picture i was trying to get out in terms of time management was that these chats shouldn't be factored into your reaction time because that is impacting the content you can actually share with us. Maybe we can all reach a middle ground so everyone can enjoy watching your content, and yourselves included as you're reacting to it.

you do you, guys! the bts journey is unique for everyone - and I think you should give yourselves the freedom to explore! the joy you have when something really excites / interests you is why people will keep enjoying being spectators to your journey. ultimately, seeing other people learn about and appreciate our 7 is what it's about. I think/hope our role is to help and inform (like if you dont have historical or something or if there's a cultural difference you might not know about!). <3

neva play is a new release and has been highly requested so they always try to accommodate with a new release when they can!! especially if it’s a single with an mv!! and for the mv they had to switch it up cuz again even if you don’t think it’s offensive, they might deem some content to be a bit suggestive and ccw have always said they want to keep stuff family friendly on their channel!! as for hobi they’ve done all the official singles so the songs remaining are being left for the album reviews!! so they’ll get to hobi’s music real soon!! they’ve already said that the solo albums are coming and i’m sure they don’t want to be spoiled on anything more than they already have!!

I genuinely hate when people complain and overwhelm you guys with criticism. If I dislike something you guys post (if the video wasn't for me) I skip it and move on, because I know that new content is coming soon that I will eventually like. If I don't have time to watch the interesting banter that we all love and adore dearly, I skip it! It's really that simple, and the amount of straight up entitlement and "constructive criticism" (it's only constructive if there's something to build off of, it can't be made through insults and ignorance..) is genuinely crazy. Love your videos, and I'm super excited for more!

Who are all of these people to decide what they enjoy during a birthday week when it's whole purpose is THEIR entertainment to pick their own videos. I saw so many people complaining about the "lack of substance " or importance of the birthday weeks in the past and it was really bothering me. People forget that they shouldn't dictate how people enjoy, appreciate and watch BTS content. None of their content is objectively boring or useless. It's all subjective. If you dislike it, don't watch it.

But they won't release more videos if they edit out the chatter. At least that's not what they stated or implied. So who's getting what they want here? No one. Saying that they should interrupt or discourage their natural conversation so they can fit in another video, IS making a demand on their personal time and how they naturally react. Also, let's be honest CCW and reactors in general benefit more from not releasing too much content. There is literally no benefit for them to release more content than they are. In fact, I'm surprised that they have consistently released the amount of content that they have. Time management is such a corporate buzzword, and I've seen it so many times on here from people who think they are helping, but the message behind that "advice" is, less of you, and more of BTS (whether it's intentional or not). If something in the video reminds me of a shared experience with the people I'm watching it with, naturally I would want to talk with them about it. But now CCW is going to be self conscious (and it seems they already are and have started editing their videos), and share less. Which IMO is a loss. Especially since the "more videos" crowd also is not getting what they want.

Ive missed In The Soop, looooove Forever Rain, so glad you guys will be checking out Neva Play because Namjoon was amazing for his verse, rewatching Run BTS with yall always gives me nostalgia and GCF is so cool because you really get to see how Jungkook’s creative mind works ♡ I hope for the GCF vids you guys will be watching them in order 🙌🏾 it helps to paint a better picture of how his editing skills evolved with each video! Also, last thing, I'm sorry that you guys now feel the need to cut out your banter. I personally enjoyed it sometimes and I know a lot of people did too. I think the main problem we were expressing is that since you guys said you are often on a time crunch, we were worried that the long discussions were cutting into your recording time. If you guys are still planning on having your long talks i feel like you might as well leave it in, at least for patreon 🤷🏾‍♀️ But anyways I didn't mean to write a whole essay lol, super pumped for this week, can't wait for tomorrow !!! 🥳

I wouldnt want them to feel uncomfortable or weird and treat the reactions like robots .😕 hope they make this work and still stay true to them

Hopefully they can come to a compromise cause I've been reading the comments and people are really sad about this. I understand why people wouldn't like the long intros but I literally just skip forward like it's never that deep. So for those that like the intros, it would be nice for CCW to keep that in. Great suggestion that i thibk would make the most sense and also i think its what ccw sometimes tries to do. If their yt videos have long intros i think xen just makes a time stamp. And for patreon it was always hilarious when daniel would just start recording in the middle of eating or talking without any warning😅 but i guess now they will just start prepared and get straight to the point 😕

Meg H, I've read the comments on here and they are overwhelmingly in agreement with me. I'm not on Discord, if you're referring to people over there. They don't have time to record more videos AND do it in the way that is enjoyable and comfortable for them. Time doesn't refer to just the content, but how it's created. And how they create the content in a way that is enjoyable for them, is to do it in a casual hang out session. They are spending time with their family and this is how they do it. Again, you keep clocking them as if they are our employees, but nobody can tell me how many videos they think is reasonable for $5 a month. You're already getting hours of entertainment, even if you take away the banter. People will always want more no matter how much you give them and I hope CCW realizes that after this thread. We don't pay them TO do anything. This sense of entitlement is ridiculous. We pay to WATCH them do as they do.

There is NO RULE NOR DEADLINE in discovering and loving BTS. There is NO TIME LIMIT. There is NO PERFECT NOR STANDARD WAY to do it. If it will take 3 more months or even a year longer to catch up, so be it. Those with responsibilities, those who work 9-5, those with families, understand what reality is outside BTS. Just do it your own way, the way a lot of ARMYs did when we found BTS! Its the banters that make you real. If that helps you refocus and take mental breaks, then the people who understand will support you.

realistically, they were never going to catch up to latest BTS content regardless. they’ve decided to start from the beginning to end, honoring some latest comebacks when they come out in real time, and that means it’ll take almost another year for them to catch up. unless they did it the other way around, but that’s just what they chose. again, like other comments said, they’re people with lives. we shouldn’t stress them out about time limits and all that stuff when they already have a comfortable schedule set in place.

I think people are conflating editing out content, with time management. One has nothing to do with the other. Their banter will still exist, we just won't see it. Two things can't occupy the same space in the same time. Can someone please explain to me in elementary detail, how this is a time management problem? And why do people think 4-5 videos a week is not enough? What would be enough? Is there an actual number of hours of content you expect 4 busy adults from two different households to produce? Or will people only be satisfied if every second of content is squeezed out, and there is nothing but an arbitrary fantasy amount that would be satisfactory?

They didn't say they would stop bantering. Only that they would cut it out of the recordings. This isn't the win those people are hoping for. They have released 4-5 videos a week for two years straight. How efficient is efficient enough? They are 4 adults with busy lives (full time jobs, parents, students, extracurriculars), who have been able to carve out time to all meet together, never missing a person, each week, for most of the last two years. Why do you and others think they need to work on their time management? Let's hear how you have maintained a two year commitment coordinating with a whole other family unit?

Complaining in a mean way is bad, but the reason people are saying that is because it's often heard that they have many time restrictions (which makes sense) however it's the reason they can't get to a lot of suggestions and for one particular video, one reaction people were waiting for wasn't there. So you can probably understand why it would give people the idea that if their intros and outros are longer than the actual reaction, people would want to chime in on that

the problem is a minority of people who always have complaints flood their inbox, so CCW is under the impression they represent everyone. meanwhile the ACTUAL majority ISN'T flooding their inbox, bc we have nothing to complain about. we just enjoy the content in peace, often not even commenting or ever DMing so CCW is trying to appease the minority who fills their inbox, when in actuality the vast MAJORITY of ppl here are happy with the content

Excited like always for the content this week. I’ve been holding myself back from rewatching the Run and ITS episodes on my own because I want to do it with you guys. It’s been a test of will power, lol. Yay, for the continued love fest for Joon and Jungkook, too! Forever Rain is (like a lot of RM’s songs) a masterpiece that will stick with you for a long time. I’m looking forward to seeing your take on GCF. One of my favorite parts of your channel is how you guys notice camera techniques and the camera/drone people and what they are doing in the background of scenes- something I have never paid a lick of attention to; so I’m excited for your perspective on Director Kookie’s work. One of my other favorite parts of your channel is the banter. I have said this before, but the atmosphere you all create- watching BTS together with friends- is one of the most noticeably unique and fun parts of your channel. Exactly this. Majority of the comments I saw were not just trying to be negative, but giving their honest opinion and criticism. To be honest, the majority of the "negative" people I saw, were the ones trying to put down the ones giving suggestions. now I can totally see how this would overwhelm and possibly hurt feelings. I am very sensitive and I can definitely see myself getting my feelings about even the nice criticism☺️ even if it's needed. however they are very graceful and I hope they take them to heart in a good way. Implement what needs to be implemented, and ignore what is just there to hurt them and put down the work they have been doing.

The way I see it, you can never please everyone, so you do you. There always will be criticism, both constructive and "not so" constructive. But that's just the way it is. Nothing will change through your adaptation, those who have something to complain about will soon find the next thing to complain about. It's best to ignore the harsh criticism. Cause those who are making rude comments cause the are sooo unhappy with your content (and I think that's the minority here), will cancel their subscription at some point and if they are still here, they are just here to spread negativity. So ignore them. Sometimes I don't like the choice either and I also address my opinion or suggestion, but I've never been rude, as I think that everybody has the right to express their opinion. But I also learned to then just don't watch it and if I don't feel like watching your in-/outro I just skip it. Actually, what is your patreon but also your yt channel all about? It's about people want to see/listen to your reaction and interaction, they want to see YOU . So what is the point of you changing or in this case cutting your natural and genuine behavior just to please the minority?What I finally want to say is, don't change yourselves for a minority.

Well said Nikolina. And when people hear "short on time" I'm sure CCW means that they are short on time to visit, have a life, AND watch BTS videos. They don't mean that they literally don't have time to react to just BTS. Yeah, if they wanted to they could meet up, start the timer, and bang out 10 videos. But that's not what their majority of viewers connect with. And that's probably not how they want to do it. Reacting to music and musicians you genuinely like, for the first time for an audience is already a weird and inroganic experience. At least let them enjoy it with one another the way they'd like. These people complaining are acting as if they themselves didn't have the absolute FREEDOM of watching as many BTS videos as they want, in their underwear if they like, without being under a microscope, or having to wait to watch something you've really wanted to watch, or being pooped on for watching something someone else didn't like. Like chill out.

We like that they're not like most other reactors. I personally don't like formulaic reactors that follow a pattern of intro, forced engagement (type below if...blablabla), video comments, tell me what you want me to react to next, bye. Many of us like the feeling of being a fly on the wall of how their actual conversation flow would go if they weren't recording. They are one of the most popular BTS reactors in such a short period of time, so the idea that they need "advice" (especially if you look at the comments here to see how AGAINST that advice the majority is), is quite laughable. There are like 2-3 people here who have stated they don't want the extra commentary.

I have no problem with people not wanting long intros. But the reason why simply skipping it is not a reasonable option for some of those people (like it is for most others), is because the TRUE reason they don't want long intros has nothing to do with improving the content. They want more videos, and people are on here trying to explain why that's not going to happen. And CCW is agreeing to cut their content (which, i support anything they want to do), but it's not going to fix the fact that people are being greedy and want every second of CCW's time to be reacting to BTS content. These are the same type of people that ignore their friends if they are talking about something that's not interesting to them, just waiting for their turn to talk about something they care more about.

EXACTLY. I actually get turned off by reactors who have a million BTS videos within a short period of time. I don't even bother with those channels. I think CCW has the perfect amount of content, and releases it in a reasonable timeframe. People who are so dependent on CCW to entertain them 24/7 need to find some HOBBIES. I mean, these people are provider HOURS of entertainment every month for less than a McDonald's happy meal. The ENTITLEMENT, I can't.

I see a lot of people thinking less banter means more or longer videos. And while time management and reeling it in when you go too far off a tangent is great, part of the fun of this channel is hearing your stories and where those convos go. So help me, if you complainers interfere with Gabriel’s story telling *shakes fist* 🤣. I’ve seen the same people make rude comments then comment under other people to gas up other salty comments and just be generally annoying in the comment section so I stay out of the comments these days mostly. I honestly don’t know why people who consistently find themselves unhappy with this channel bother to be here. This is a CCW reaction channel and journey. If you consistently are not happy why stay. Yes, I’ve been watching reaction channels longer than I've been an army and this one by far is my favorite as far as music is concerned they actually seem to enjoy the music and the artist behind it while showing their personality. I feel like most are all personality where they barely take in what they are watching to the point they dont even know if they have watched a video before. Or they are soo extra that you cant enjoy the reaction over the fake screams and claps and they just comment on the hair and clothes of the members. Whatever CCW has to do to make their lives easier im still tuned in but i have to say I enjoy your reactions side convos, deep breakdowns, and all!

i think the word “reactor” or the concept of it gets lost in definition towards some people. guys, you are investing in a reaction channel. a channel dedicated towards watching and discussing. i’m always the first person to say that every person deserves to be heard, and their opinions matter, but this is an opinion that i find very odd myself. there are several reactors out there who barely soak in BTS content, just reacting and throwing themselves into the next video, leaving them to not seem genuine and just mass produce content to gain the amount of views to gain money easily. although those reactors get backlash as well, the people who are asking for less discussions are asking for that identical type of reactions. that’s what i call entitlement and a problem with paying attention for a long period of time. maybe fix yalls attention span before whining about people talking for ten minutes.

Just here to say that intro and outro banter is perfectly fine. If at any time I just want to see the reaction I skip ahead. Starting the video and going straight to the reaction runs the risk of feeling impersonal not only to the viewers, but to the reaction as well. I don’t know, that’s just my opinion. As usual, it seems as though negative comments tend to get attention so changes are made, while those of us who are fine with how things are run usually don’t comment because there is nothing to comment about. Don’t give up the banter.

I genuinely understand the need for better time management. Or even the need for better selection. I agree that primos could guide ccw if they are bwteen many choices or if they dont know which video is not so watch worthy. I understand that. But for a lot of us watching the video with those cuts just seems very abrupt and very work-like 😕 Its like the reactor saying ' ok im here to do one job and one job only. Watch this video and say 2 maybe 3 comments about it and then finish the video ". There are many reactors who do that and honestly it feels disingenuious. Of course they cant talk silly jokes and personal stuff for every video , that would get boring and redundant. Sometimes when i dont have time even i skip some intros. But for the patreons video and the longer content like i tthe soop , their starting and ending convos felt like watching in the couch with your friends. Like catching up after a long day to enjoy bts together. Maybe its only a few of us but thinking that now whenever they stary a video they have to keep thinking " dont talk about random stuff cause people hate that " its just a little sad imo

Like I stated before they can record one video reaction per week only if this all gets too much for them and their super busy schedule, I don’t mind, just make sure I see more of BTS being discussed than everything else. Not to say it always happens but I did notice sometimes their reactions is more about random things than what’s the content they’re watching. No other reactor does that, they do intros but always keep short. If they want to have a chat they open livestreams on youtube so whoever wants to just talk can join them. They’re not new to this, it’s been 2 years, it’s basic etiquette to stick to focus on what the public came here to see. If they want to have a chat with people who are here to hear them talk about their day that’s fine too, they can create a podcast channel for that so the people who enjoy can pay for that also.

Although I respect your opinion, and you might be right for some people, I think – and this is just my personal view – that most people were complaining about the length of their banter simply because it was long. Considering they’ve expressed many times that they are short on time and can’t react to more and longer videos, that’s why people were pointing out the long intros and outros. I believe CCW understood that and that’s why they considered making changes.

You have to read between the lines of some of the comments about that. It's crazy. They want total control over how CCW spends their IRL time. been supporting you guys since day 1 and your random banters are one of the reasons why you differ from other reactors, it makes you genuine and relatable! i dont know you guys personally but i feel like i'm catching up with my ARMY friends whenever you drop random stories about your personal lives (Gabriel's Jiu Jitsu class story was my fave so far lol). it adds up to this channel making it feel more like a community. those who are here just for the BTS reaction part always have the option to skip the first minutes, end the video early, and move on with their lives.

i was going to comment on the last couple of videos because i noticed some cuts during your discussions, but i assumed it was just something that you all didn’t want to share. now learning that it’s because of comments you’ve received about your banter being “unnecessary” genuinely hurts my heart :( i’ve watched hundreds of reactions channels and you’re my favorite for a reason: the banter! i love feeling like im genuinely watching bts with friends and i never skip a single second of your videos because of this. i’m sorry for not having commented enough to make it known that your banter is appreciated, but i hope you know this is what makes you, you and its the reason you’ve grown so much and people love you. you never fail to make me smile and i hope we can reassess the editing of the banter. people who don’t want to watch can always fast forward; people who want to watch can stay. also, react to whatever you want !! we have all the time in the world (and all the content in the world) for you to get to everything. there are, of course, times when excitement probably gets the best of us and we want certain videos, but this is **your** journey and i hope people don’t forget that. we didn’t have an admin team giving us summaries or people recommending videos when we found bts. i love watching your journey and i love being able to have some input but at the end of the day this is your journey with bts. i will support any decision you make with your channel. i just hope you know that your banter brightens many people’s days :) (and the fast forward button is there for a reason for everyone else) love you guys !!

I'm going to miss the banter! I don't understand the complaints about it! If you don't like it, you can easily skip it. Why complain about something that can easily be fixed? I think the problem here is that a lot of people that are in this community are underaged and immature (not saying this in a mean way), and I hate that it's effecting everyone else in the community who actually gives insight and advice rather than complain. The problem is, what they REALLY want is for CCW to not banter at all, recorded or not. They won't be satisfied with any solution if it doesn't equate to more BTS content. They see any time spent on non-BTS stuff, as a waste. And IMO those people need to listen to Pied Piper on repeat until they are deprogrammed, and then they need to go roll round in the grass. I like BTS as much as the next person, but I also like spending quality non-BTS time and conversations. To think that someone talking about their children or their lives is wasteful, is just sad, and not what BTS would agree with. There are some of the conversations that just don't interest me, just bc of the topic, and sometimes I'll forward through that, but rarely since I just like to hear them banter in the background while I do other things while waiting for the reaction to start.

CCW I LOVE it when you all banter. I don't have to be staring at the screen like when the reaction begins, so it's sort of like a pre-game for me, and gets me hyped up to watch the reaction while I clean the kitchen and get the sake ready. You will never satisfy the people making these demands bc they are not being totally honest. They don't want you guys to spend time together at all, recorded or no, unless it is to record BTS content for them. So once they realize that cutting out the extra commentary does not translate to more BTS content, they will rear up again. Hi guys! I’m sorry that there is this ongoing discourse about your banter throughout the beginning and end of your videos. I speak for a lot of people when I say we started watching for the reactions but we stayed for you. Your banter is what makes CCW unique. It’s always the best part of my week, your stories bring me comfort and a smile to my face. If some people don’t like it maybe put a timestamp in the videos? If you’ve already made the decision I understand. But never forget your primos love you!!

The sad thing is, some people are only thinking with the reptilian part of their brain and automatically think that not recording the conversations means more BTS content will be released. They don't comprehend that this isn't going to give them what they want. They see CCW as their employees, and want to them to account for every moment they are together. They don't care that they want to talk about eachothers' lives with their FAMILY and FRIENDS (and with us). In their minds, if the four of them are in a room together at any given moment, they are to not waste time and only discuss BTS. That's what they are saying when they say that if they stop the chit chat they can film more BTS content. If you really break down what some of these people are asking for, it's a little crazy and controlling. That's different than those who don't want as much conversations. Those we prolly don't hear from, bc they know how to use the buttons. But the people complaining, are at the end of it, asking for more BTS content, and they think this is a barrier to that. Which it is not. It's asinine. 4-5 videos a week for two years straight, and they can only think more more more. Oh, you want to tell your family about what their niece/nephew has been up to for the week? Nope, don't care, you are to just funnel out more content. Want to ask your sister in law about her makeup or jewelry while you're thinking about it? Nope, not allowed. You are here to work and produce content for ME ME ME. It's a little sick.

Please don’t leave out the banter. It’s one of the best and most unique things about y’all, and it’s always fun to watch. Whoever doesn’t want to watch it can just skip it. Also I like the idea of a somewhat b-day recap week at the end of the month for members whose birthdays fall within that month. the CCW restaurant menu is BTS with a free side of banter. it's their specialty. they have a big sign at the door that says this, it's on the front page of their menu. you know what you're getting when you eat at CCW. but some people who hate banter are coming to eat here everyday, knowing CCW includes banter, demanding they remove banter from the menu do you go to a burger joint and demand they remove fries bc you personally don't like fries? no, fries are established as an item at the restaurant. so if you don't like them, you can skip them. but the restaurant shouldn't have to change their whole identity to appease anyone

Bulletproof Girl. I understand your feelings, but can you bypass them for a time to tap into rationality for a moment? I don't say that to be rude, I promise. Because I understand the instinct to be frustrated of seeing time spent on something I don't care about, as "wasted time". But they are going to put out the amount of content they want to put out, no matter what. NOT recording isn't going to translate to more videos. They are taking breaks, eating, checking in on their children, checking phones, visiting with one another bc they are friends and family and this is also their quality time together. What you are asking for is for them to be our employees and NOT talk to their friends and family. NOT be themselves. You are acting as if they are on the clock and need to stick to BTS business. I would better understand if you just said you think the extra off topic convos should be limited (especially since CCW agrees), but the problem most people will probably have with your comment, is that you aren't just requesting omission of content, you are actually attempting to control HOW they spend their personal time. They are not BTS reaction factories that need to optimize how much content they put out. Like who even watches reactions and thinks....if they didn't spend 7 min talking about xyz, they could have squeezed in another BTS video.

Hi CCW! at the time of commenting, there are already 91 comments, most of which do not mind your banter. Me too! So majority wins no? You can put a time stamp for those who would like to skip - that would be a win-win solution I think. All fandoms have the toxic ones - drive me nuts- and army being such a large fandom has more and many more coming out of the woodwoork in recent weeks with all that is happening. GCF is always a good watch especially for people that are into editing. I enjoy the birthday weeks, but It’s good to see In the Soop and Run back on the schedule again. I’m not on discord but I hope for Jimin’s birthday week (I imagine they’ll be filming soon since they film in advance), they’ll concentrate on his music/live performances. There’s so much Chapter 2 content of his that they skipped. I think the only live performance they ever reacted to was Who. It would be nice if they reacted to live performances of Set Me Free Pt. 2, Like Crazy, the Rebirth/Slow Dance performance, and then maybe a B-Side or practice/interview/album sketch. There’s so much they haven’t seen, so I hope the people in Discord push for those things and not vlogs or personality videos. Vlogs can be fun, but Jimin’s Vlog from 2019 is more like an MV and while it’s cute, it’s also really short. I’m going to keep my fingers crossed that the Discord suggestions are heavy on those Chapter 2 live performances/content. ✊🏼

I understand fans may not agree with certain video choices or whatever but I draw the line at also complaining at how and when you discuss amongst yourselves. this is why I hate certain army bc they always feel the need to bully reaction channels and demand they only react to videos how they want. they expect you to sit quietly, watch the video, say “that was great/bts are talented” then end the video. you’re not allowed to have any kind of personality 🙄. if they don’t like talking they can literally fast forward. the only time that was an issue was back when you did a video premiere for a run ep making it impossible to fast forward but that was the only time I can see an issue some “criticism” you can ignore

This is so true. I was so frustrated that I unsubscribed to this channel not because of the reactors but because of the negative comments I got by merely expressing my opinion about their banters. I resubsribed only to watch In the Soop with them even if it's already like maybe a hundredth time that I'm watching In the Soop but knowing that they are willing to improve their content by eliminating unecessary things and focusing on the content itself, I might actually stay for a while. It's been really hard to keep skipping. Im glad I wont have to do that anymore. People would say I can just unsubscribe, or I can just skip it and no one's forcing me to watch but they dont realize that with those really long intros, comments, unrelated topics for conversation that lasts more than the video they are reacting to, that they could've watched longer or more BTS contents and couldve already been watching new contents like Are You Sure or couldve already started with the solo albums. I mean, all the album reactions took more than an hour when the entire album duration is less than 30 mins. Anyway, Ive said my piece. I might get bullied again by the banter lovers, so I will stop here.

People will always find something to complain about I swear. Lots of reactors tend to just go right into the video, say a few words and that's it. It feels so fake to me and its boring. When you guys banter it's always so fun and relatable in ways it makes me feel like im hanging out with friends. Those that are complaining are more than capable of skipping to the reaction bit. It will literally take a few seconds to do so. Please don't feel like you have to tone it down or get rid of it completely in your videos. Also I LOVE that you do a birthday week for each member. A whole week to love, learn, and appreciate each member in celebration of their birthday is AWESOME. As for the unpopular picks, it's more than okay to watch what we recommend to you but it's also just as okay to watch whatever you want. I know when I was a baby ARMY (and MANY others as well) I literally watched whatever came up on YouTube bc I, like you, would be curious. It's just how it is. Neva Play has a music video though? Like ya Namjoon doesn't make a physical appearance (which they probably didn't know at the time, since we weren't sure either when it came out), but it's still an MV. I understand that armys can get rightfully sensitive when it comes to member equality with reactors, but CCW have always tried to include content from all members and like they said it won't always be equal all the time and that's normal for any armys journey. They did hint that solo albums were coming soon though! (btw I hope this doesn't come off as defensive, I just wanted to clarify about the mv!)

Here's a copy & paste of my response to one very annoyed subscriber of yours. It was about Daniel and Gabriel pausing videos too many times and the famous long intros that tempt us to fast forward-- "Annoyed or not, I chose CCW the minute I found out they were professional musicians. Do try and thank Daniel and Gabriel of their deep gratitude for BTS' musicianship. Spoiler: they won't quit the interruptions anytime soon as long as BTS continues to be excellent and pause-worthy. The ladies are annoyed more than once, but they're also musicians and knowledgeable of what their husbands are so pumped about. I mean, they keep a piano next to Gabriel for crying out loud, occasionally to check how high Jin belted out that note, for example, just making sure he's human. They also throw us into a sea of musical jargons. Btw, CCW editor Xen is one of the most comprehensive, analytical ARMY writers I have yet to see. Unfortunately, that only adds fuel to the already hyped Daniel. He can't stop talking like he's found long lost treasure. BTS is certainly that. They're irreplaceable!

Glad you guys are taking feedback as consctructive criticism and allowing yourselves to improve your format. That is so professional of you. In the past, I have received negative comments for merely suggesting ways to improve your reactions almost to the point of bullying. While it is okay to have different opinions on certain matters/topics, people shouldn't respond or attack commentators for expressing their thoughts, suggestions, and recommendations because not all of us are the same and you have no idea how it feels to be scared to express your honest opinion. I find it so strange how demanding some people can be with content creators. Just because you pay for access doesn’t mean you have control over how someone runs their channel or what they should create. Content creators are human beings with their own vision, not a personal on-demand service. Of course you can suggest things for them to watch but the sense of entitlement has really gotten out of hand, and it’s important to recognize that this parasocial relationship doesn’t give anyone the right to dictate how they express themselves. These are grown adults with lives separate from this and they don’t have to do this AT ALL for us. Let’s appreciate the content for what it is, rather than trying to control it. Regarding the unpopular picks/bday week part, i think that’s exactly why we keep recommending content without giving major spoilers for you guys to decide which one to watch and enjoy a BETTER experience! For example, Jimin’s bday is around the corner and after him is Jin’s turn, there’s so much content of them both you haven’t seen yet from chapter two - post military era Ex : Jimin : Face era promotions (rehearsal, practice, sketch, interviews, bts, appearance in tv shows) Muse era (rehearsal, practice, sketch, interviews, bts, live performances) Jin : Recording TA with coldplay Creating wootteo Appearance in korean shows Post military content (bangtan bombs, bts, interviews, sketches) Their vlogs from 2019 are not the best picks imo, i think jimin’s vlog is not even 3 minutes long and they barely talked unlike their vlogs from 2022 including the rest of the members. I hope you will listen to our feedbacks so we can get better schedules for them just like RM’s week, thank you!

I hate that you all keep having to put these statements out. These people need to realize it is your ARMY journey and allow you to do it your way. I agree people should just skip the banter if they don't like it. I hate long intros lol so I just skip all the time. I think people were complaining during JK week because apparently they said they didn't have time to watch the SNTY performance on Jimmy Fallon but the video was like 20 mins long and they only watched his interview so people said instead of the long intro, they could've watched the 3 min performance with the interview so I think that's why a lot of people complained then.

while i do agree that ppl are allowed to leave constructive criticism and feedback, some of the comments have straight up just been so mean and rude and that’s an issue that some ppl on here need to work on!! ccw have always addressed concerns and have continuously explained how they pick and film videos. and most importantly they have always accommodated the best way they can when they get all this feedback so ppl claiming ccw doesn’t care, they pick favorites or they ignore you is simply not true and i wish some of y’all would stop with that narrative!!

Your banter in intros is usually funny! The beginning bloopers and tangents are a core part of ccw videos and I honestly like that it’s at the beginning as opposed to when you are watching the actual video. Do people not realize that they can skip ahead if they don’t want to watch it? Maybe you could start putting a timestamp on screen for videos with long intros like “reaction starts at …”
