I've been working on backgrounds again, this time the giraffe classroom. It's going to be, by far, the most "grown-up" place in school. This classroom is pretty competitive, and students who can't maintain good enough grades are moved down to the Squirrel class. One of the ways to keep track of June's grades will be to check the Grades chart on the wall. I've integrated a little scene after Ms. Sato brings the girls to school where June gets to learn a little more about the daily structure of the Hive. (Screenshot 1) The school hallway is now integrated in-game. For now, the only implemented interactions are with Sato and the chick classroom door. The chick classroom will be the only one locked until June is deemed "ready" by Nana. (Screenshots 2 and 3) And finally, more wonderful sketches from Vaabs! These ones will be used for various posters inside the school. That's all for this week! Next week will focus on introducing the giraffe classroom and finishing the posters!
