I wouldn’t even say pushing past flash down stairs was his most pettiness, bro doesn’t take rejection well so the girl he has a crush on, he ends up killing any men that would try to pursue her and even when they were all dead she still said no to him so he just ended up turning into vegetabl, I.E shook her so fast she got brain damaged and she couldn’t look after herself or even speak English

Doctor Doom has created a device that he used to make all of marvels villains try to disrupt Reed and Sues wedding. He once was once being dragged to basically hell by demons, Reed went to help Doom but Dooms ego is so big that he refused to be saved by Reed so ends up burning half of reeds face just out of spite , a future version of doom went back in time to stop Reed from figuring out 101 which would solve every problem on earth because doom wants to be the one who figured it out so he even makes robot Black Panther and Namor, programs the Namor bot to think Sue left Reed and Namor and Sue ended up hooking up and last one I gotta say its hilarious doom goes to a universe where he meets a version of him that’s good and has done all the things doom wishes he did, he gets jealous and then is about to leave until the Good Doom Roast Dooms drip/suit and Doom goes ‘NO ONE INSULTS DOOM!’ and just ends up killing that Good Dooms UNIVERSE, like it doesn’t exist anymore💀💀 Doom is marvels greatest and most petty villain

No more wars, no more scarcity, no more disease, no more suffering. A perfect utopia for all time where everyone can be what they want to be without being limited by the circumstances of life or birth. But here's the downside: if you press that button the person you hate more than anything also gets to experience this utopia. They will be happy forever regardless of what they did to draw your ire. Not only can you not exclude them from the perfect world, if you feel even a shred of negativity towards them the universal bliss will end. Now, with that in mind, would you press that button? Lex Luthor didn't, and that's why he's the pettiest villain in all of DC. Sure, Reverse Flash pushed a young Barry Allen down a flight of stairs and Black Manta once faked having severse autism so that when Aquaman tried to "cure" him Black Manta faked being "cured" just so that it would hurt all the more when he later shot Aquaman in the back both literally and figuratively, but nobody can match the sheer scale of Luthor's pettiness in the Black Ring storyline.
