Usually serials are high intellectual ppl. Almost every serial has above over 160 IQ. They cannot stand ur pee or poo, so to say. Its so damn disgusting for them. And yes, back in the day the planes were slightly bigger on the inside than the ones these days. It looks like a DC-9 which has a 3-2 seating arrangement and the overhead compartments look about right. It could possibly be a DC-8, which featured 3-3 seating but they could have taken a row out to make a 2-3 seating to give the extra space for the film. However, the overhead compartments on the DC-8 are not of similar design to the ones in the film. So my best guess is a DC-9 given the time period this film takes place and the DC-9 being released for service in late 1965.
