I'm getting a little concerned with this post, as you can see it's an isekai story, but somehow it feels awkward to add a childish character, I don't want people to misunderstand the purpose of the painting and get the wrong idea
All I wanted was to draw a fantasy that I had for a long time, but I think that if I try hard I can still replace this drawing with a clearer one in content

These elements are often used in many abdl stories as well as abdl art. the ability of not being able to change a diaper while still retaining her maturity isn't really an extreme concept in this fetish especially in an Isekai context. I say continue with what you had originally in mind. :D
