Ursula is always a joy to draw as one of my favourite characters, and I really wanted to try and replicate the look of an animation cel (no shading etc) from the movie after seeing some good ones with her.
I think I succeeded, though I also added alts to remove the VHS/chromatic aberration filter if that pleases you.
I hope you all like it!
