Footification pages done

The new ones are the final page and the third goblin page - I think I didn't post that one (19 and 12). I'll post the whole thing here again.
The first two pages are the cover, so nothing is missing.
It should be able to print, the way it's laid out. I don't know if I'll try it myself.
