(There are even memes about The Asian Parent Experience) Connie just happens to be on the receiving end of both 😅 COMBINED with one of them being a doctor? Yeah. Sky high expectations all around for the poor girl. And OH WOW. This ep just made me realize. Connie tends to default to LYING to her parents. (This is just one of many examples we've seen) This is also a typical thing for the children of controlling parents. I can vouch for that lol Also!!! Im Sadie's song, we het to see STEVEN showing someone how to dance! He's killing it now! He's come so far 🥹 The end of Sadie's Song is oke of my favorite moments of the whole show. It's sums up Steven for me.

I reaaally disliked Connie's mom before this episode but this made me like her a little bit. At least she admitted her mistake and realized she needed to change if she wanted to know anything about her daughter's life in the future.
