2024-10-06 16:29:33 +0000 UTCeach class in dnd has a subclass for specialization, vex is beastmaster so she has trinket, Keyleth is moon druid which has her specialize in transformations over spells. Percy's class is fighter and his subclass is gunslinger, this is because dnd doesn't have a gunslinger class like pathfinder which is the system they started in

I’m not much of a DnD nerd (very new to it, actually) but I recall in an episode of the VM campaign, Matt (the DM) mentioned that he had to edit the rules of the campaign for the fights specifically because he had to account for a gunslinger. Taliesin Jaffe (Percy) then, very proudly, pointed out that he was the gunslinger 😂
