She can reverse her own timeline into previous forms she's had such as that of a small child, but the real power of it is being able to take on any form she might have in a future timeline she can foresee. For example she can become Nika because in her childish mind she could imagine becoming Nika, or at least Nika-like in the future. That's why Saturn said she will grow weaker as she grows older. Growing up will both limit her imagination and also the scope of her prospective futures, which in turn will weaken her devil fruit power.
