I love the way they have introduced Sikozu, she actually seems smart, confident, and not a fool like Jool seemed to appear at first, they definitely have done a better job introducing Sikozu. I like her.

Perhaps what happened here will be important later, but on it's own it just didn't grab me. It appears that Sikozu is sort of replacing Jool. The show certainly has a high cast turnover, at least beyond the core group. Sikozu seems cool though. At least they didn't make her an annoying goofball the way Jool was at first. Must say though, I'm disappointed in Braca. I thought the man understood loyalty. I mean I get it, he's a peacekeeper through and through and will follow the biggest dog in play at the time. But he was a nobody till Scorpius came along. It's one thing that he'd follow Grayza's orders to torture Scorpy, but it's the fact he enjoys it that makes him detestable.

2022-02-25 23:50:54 +0000 UTCThanks for the double bubble. I have to admit out of all the two and three part episodes, this is my least favorite and over the years, I’ve had to watch it numerous times to understand it fully. It was confusing for me the first time watching. That being said, I liked your point about it being an episode that will come back around in the end. That’s probably the best way to describe it without saying much more. Also, if I remember correctly, right after Season 3, Farscape had been given the nod for Season 4 and 5. So, they began developing their story arcs to fit that stretch. So you kind of have to put Season 4 in the same perspective as you would view, say Season 1, with new characters- good and bad. But, then came the writer’s strike and I think the network sold them to an overseas company. So, there was some rough patches during this time that may have disrupted production and post production. The end result is still a good solid show and I will watch it any day of the week, but there may be some subtle nuances. So glad you are sticking with it. I’m right here with you.
