Yes she knew all about Atlantis and the Ancient gene power, and it looked like she was oblivious to it all... but she wanted to Love. I'm not sure how that works as an ascended being. A higher living, (in my opinion), would bypass the emotional issues of a lower society... as our current one.

2023-05-04 10:55:14 +0000 UTCI find it funny how from the beginning she knew about Atlantis, its devices, Earth and everything but she was playing the innocent girl. She hid her secret very well, but McKay was smart enough to guess (and also he showed us again his complete incapacity to use a diplomatic language with other worlds :P ). They were lucky that the woman is an Ancient because McKay could have screwed everything up. However, I find it strange that Sheppard used the Jumper to go save the world from the Wraiths knowing that the woman is an Ancient and left through the stargate as an energy being to go save her people. Why put his life in danger when there is really nothing to worry about? We know that an ascended being can destroy a whole fleet of Wraith vessels with an energy beam. His assistance was really useless.
