2 great episodes to be sure. At least Angel should be back on his game now that he realizes W&H are trying to manipulate him through Darla. Still, she's still out there, so there's more trouble to come. Gotta love Angel getting sidelined by Wes in his own show. Great to see the guy stepping up again and proving himself a valuable part of the team. Angel even seemed intimidated by his "take charge" attitude. Also how nobody is paying attention as he adamantly denies being a eunuch. Best line though had to be "were you in Virginia"😂🤣. Took me a second but that's brilliant writing.

2021-07-30 07:39:42 +0000 UTCLoved these 2 together. Thanks. I love Darla. She represents something we didn't get a lot of in Buffy... Angel's lore. She opens doors to worlds 150 years ago. I love Buffy for the current take on the vampire mythology, but I'm so here for taking peaks back in time. Wes is the man. The dude gets the job done, even if he stumbles across the finish line. It's a shame we saw him at his worst when he was introduced on Buffy... but it's also nice to see how far he's come in a year.
