2021-07-11 03:56:49 +0000 UTCNerfed as in he is holding back here- no Susanoo, Rinnegan jutsu etc. He's definitely not giving his all despite all his chakra being taken earlier from Urashiki. His Rinnegan was covered, and his Sharingan was ONLY visible once throughout this arc. So yeah, he isn't trying to go all out infront of them

2021-07-11 03:54:38 +0000 UTCI feel like Sasuke was nerfed a little bit because in the momoshiki fight he was 50% because of teleporting to the dimension where Naruto was at and we know when he uses his rinnegan it takes a toll, but it feels like him getting his charka taken shouldn't really put him out of comission, because he got it taken at the desert and its been a couple days since then. I know he doesnt have the chakra reserves like Naruto(because Naruto is an uzumaki) but it feels like he's written out for Naruto and Boruto to do their jutsu i guess🧐.
2021-07-09 22:54:47 +0000 UTCYup. This episode is kinda awkward, and honestly, not even the animation but the overall structure of it. Boruto running in a square has nothing to do with the animation, but just weirdly written movement, or Urashiki actually using his jutsu against each of Naruto's clones attacks. Personally though I kinda didn't mind the soundless "blink" because it's kinda fitting, how it actually never happened and all, but the main reason is next episode.
