They did televisions and cameras in the original naruto. During the chunin exams they show a vhs tape of gara arriving at the test super early, as well as the wireless communicators the team used when trying to save gara at the start of shippuden. But yeah it's always odd when they show up since everything else is done via jutsu

2020-04-29 08:37:49 +0000 UTCI might be mistaken but I think the same type of technology has been used before in OG naruto during the Chunin exams (and things such as ear pieces in some episodes here and there) itβs definitely inconsistent tho
