2025-06-11 20:54:00 +0000 UTCThe red eyes of the slasher are visible to everyone, it's one of the key things the yellow scarves were looking for when they were trying to find the slasher. Before we knew Anri was Saika we also kept getting descriptions of the slasher having red eyes according to its victims. I think the point of that last little scene was to fully establish that Mikado is finally at home in Ikebukuro. He started this show as the country kid, but by the end of this episode he's easily giving someone else instructions on how to get around. He's now fully part of the city itself.
