As for Jack the Ripper's Noble Phantasms, their fog is poisonous, so normal humans caught on it would eventually die. As for their second and third Noble Phantasms, without getting into next episode spoiler territory, the attack you just saw against Jeanne "Maria the Ripper" is a cursed slash that guarantees death if and only if the target is a female. This stems from the legend of Jack targeting women (well, specifically, prostitutes). We'll go into more detail of their 3rd Noble Phantasm next episode.
