Progress Report/Delay Notice
Added 2022-10-31 07:07:54 +0000 UTCOkay, after meanly teasing that, yep, the MC will now have the start of a route where she ends up in chastity (a frequent request right from the start)...I have to break the news most of you were probably expecting (at least if you've been reading my progress reports). There will be a slight delay to the game release.
I worked like crazy over the weekend. And, by the time I crash for the night/morning, I will actually have completed all of the core coding and writing. This means I actually did manage to make up a day or so worth of time...but that's not quite enough. I still need to do a editing pass, add the Gallery functionality for the new scenes, test the game, and take care of a few little details here and there. Sadly, there's no way I'm going to make it by midnight tonight. There's just too much left to do. Particularly as I have a dentist appointment this afternoon that will chew up some of my remaining available time -_-. Ugh.
The good news, however, is that the delay should be pretty darn minimal. There's decent odds I'll be able to release the build either late on Monday or Early on Tuesday. In fact, barring some catastrophe, I can't see it being later than Tuesday evening. I also expect to be able to release the second monthly short story later today. Probably. I squeezed in time here and there to write it, but I still need to give it an edit. With me facing reality that I'm not going to be able to hit the exact end-of-month deadline, I'll likely make the time to wrap it up and post it, just so that the game release is the only thing that's a bit delayed...
Anyway, sorry for the slightly bad news :-(. I promise I'll work hard to keep the delay minimal. And I'll work hard to keep the delay as small as I can.
