Western cartoon suggestions

With the last polls I created, we defined the characters for almost all my categories for the next three months. However, the Western Cartoon category is still missing its definition.
If you want to suggest new characters for the Western Cartoon category, please write them down here in this topic.
One character per post, please (so that we can see how many votes they get)
They can be from any media, meaning films, comics, games, illustration, etc. What I mean by Western Cartoon is the simpler, more stylized kind of character that's not anime/manga.

Hm, probably not, I must admit. I'm a bit unwilling to deal with underage characters at all, even in their grown up forms, as many people have trouble with that approach, and I want to avoid any sort of trouble in this regard. In the case of Jessica, the two models I had were entirely based on scenes from Rick and Morty itself, because she was sexualized there as well, that's why it didn't even cross my mind that I was dealing with an underage character.

But it was very difficult to complete all the Pussycats in time, and the Hex Girls are much more complicated, so I wouldn't be able to create them as a group this time. Still, I'd love to have them considered again eventually, when I'm feeling up to the task.
