Do you hold space for yourself? Do you create sacred, comfortable soft spaces to open up in?
Think candles, cushions and deep breaths. Soft music, frequency tones or something relaxing.
Another support that can provide safety ( depending on your personal preference) is having yourself tied, held tight. Whether it’s shibari or simply just tying yourself firmly with scarves, fabric, whatever allows you to feel held.
Providing the space is just as important as the time and energy spent toward yourself. You deserve to create a sanctuary both externally and internally.
