I just wanted to recommend you take time to activate your power source.
Activating creative life force energy, passion, expansion, energy etc. Your second bottom chakra, your orange passion pit of energy. Within lies a power source so magnificent, it's what created you..
Ways to tap into this energy centre and activate the power source to flow through you, bringing bursts of creativity, passion, creation, love, sensual warmth...
1) Dance, hula hoop, roll your hips- this is so much fun, put a favourite song on- turn it up loud, remember that music is healing and can shift the energy immediately.
2) Breath-work deep into the sacral chakra, try breathe of fire, kundalini squeeze, kechari mudra etc. Visualise orange, option for mudras.
3) Do something physical that activates the area in your body, think yoga or maybe chopping wood, making love.. mhhmmm
