Another reason he doesn't use kaioken with god is practicality. super saiyan blue is equal to super saiyan god kaioken x50 but blue doesn't damage his body making it superior. He can then use kaioken x10 with blue which would be around 500x stronger than god or kaioken x20 with blue which would be 1000x stronger than god.
